NO. We deliver them to you MLS ready, and in the highest possible resolution they will allow. We also deliver the photos in order making it super easy for you to upload into MLS. How much does it cost?

Often our online booking system knows before we do. You can see availability live by clicking SCHEDULE NOW. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we request at least 48 hours notice to cancel/reschedule an appointment. A cancellation/rescheduling made less than 48 hours before an appointment will not be refunded the initial booking deposit. Certain larger jobs might require 72 hour notice, and are defined during booking process. WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY PHOTOS and videos?
We offer many different services in many different industries and delivery times can vary due to the deliverables.
Due to our premium editing services our photos go through 4 rounds of professional editing which takes time (removing neighborhood cars, trash cans and debris, improving front/back lawn, replacing skies, color matching, removing cords, adding property arrows and border (if necessary), lockbox removal, staging, prepping, moving and hiding items on location, removing items digitally, not limiting the number of photos, and arranging in order to tell the story and to save you time). I'VE HEARD THAT IT IS NOT LEGAL TO USE DRONES FOR AERIAL REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY?
We are 100% legal. Our pilots have all passed the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Part 107 test which allows us to legally operate for commercial use. In addition we are extensively trained, licensed and have liability insurance in case of an accident on the ground or in the air. What is the Difference between a slideshow and video?
A slideshow consists of single photographs animated using a photo transition effect. A video clip is actual video footage typically incorporated into a slideshow. Often this video footage is aerial video captured by a drone. To learn more and to see an example of video please click here. How much Advanced notice do we need for a job?
Most bookings require 18 hour notice. A variable fee will apply to jobs scheduled within 18 hours. These terms are subject to change, and jobs which require more notice, and are defined during booking process. WHAT HAPPENS IF IT'S RAINING?
Drone Elevations will arrive on location at the scheduled time unless you've received notification from us. We make every effort to capture a job at the scheduled time. If weather (i.e. hurricane) simply does not allow us to capture at the scheduled time then options will be provided. In the rare case Drone Elevations cancels an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client and subject to availability. |
