Drone Elevations Appointment Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy
Please understand that appointment slots are limited, and once booked, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Your reservation ensures we can dedicate the full attention and resources needed to deliver exceptional results for your shoot. Out of respect for our team and our other clients, please review the following policy.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice
- We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
- For certain larger jobs (defined during booking), 72 hours’ notice is required.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of your booking deposit.
Refunds & Deposits
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will receive a full deposit refund.
- Refunds may take 10+ days to appear on your statement.
- In certain rescheduling situations (e.g., sickness), deposits may be held until the appointment is rescheduled. If the appointment is never rescheduled, the deposit will not be refunded.
- Deposits may also be withheld if excessive rescheduling is requested for the same appointment.
How to Reschedule or Cancel
- To reschedule, please contact us and we will move your appointment to the new time slot manually.
- You may also book a new appointment with a new deposit to secure your preferred time, then contact us for a refund if the change is made more than 48 hours before the original appointment.
- To cancel, please log into your online portal.
Short-notice Bookings
Most bookings require 18 hour notice. A variable fee will apply to jobs scheduled within 18 hours. These terms are subject to change, and jobs which require more notice, and are defined during booking process.
Unfavorable Weather
Drone Elevations will arrive on location at the scheduled time unless you've received notification from us. We make every effort to capture a job at the scheduled time. If weather (i.e. hurricane) simply does not allow us to capture at the scheduled time then options will be provided.
In the rare case Drone Elevations cancels an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client and subject to availability.

No-Shows
In the rare event that a client does not attend the appointment or fails to provide adequate access to the scheduled location, Drone Elevations will complete the project scope to the best of our ability during the allotted time. All files captured will be delivered and invoiced according to the originally agreed-upon fees. If additional work is required beyond the scheduled appointment, a new booking will be necessary.
