Drone Elevations Appointment Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy
Please understand that appointment times are limited. Once you have booked an appointment with us it means that time has been reserved in our schedule exclusively for you.
Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we request at least 48 hours notice to cancel/reschedule an appointment. A cancellation/rescheduling made less than 48 hours before an appointment will not be refunded the initial booking deposit. Certain larger jobs might require 72 hour notice, and are defined during booking process.
To reschedule the same appointment requires a new booking with a new deposit fee. Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of the appointment will receive a 100% booking deposit refund (or will be applied to rescheduling). Note: It can take 10+ days to appear on your statement.
Drone Elevations reserves the right to hold a deposit until a cancelled booking is rescheduled.
For example: If a job location is suddenly quarantined due to Covid (resulting in a less-than 48 hour cancellation) the appointment deposit will be held until the rescheduled appointment is booked. If the appointment is not rescheduled the deposit will not be refunded.

Short-notice Bookings
Most bookings require 18 hour notice. A variable fee will apply to jobs scheduled within 18 hours. These terms are subject to change, and jobs which require more notice, and are defined during booking process.
Unfavorable Weather
Drone Elevations will arrive on location at the scheduled time unless you've received notification from us. We make every effort to capture a job at the scheduled time. If weather (i.e. hurricane) simply does not allow us to capture at the scheduled time then options will be provided.
In the rare case Drone Elevations cancels an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client and subject to availability.

No-Shows
In the rare case that our clients do not show (or do not provide appropriate access to the location to be captured) Drone Elevations will capture the scope of the appointed job to the best of their ability at the scheduled appointment time. The files will be delivered and billed according to the originally agreed upon fees. If additional work is needed a new booking will be required.
