Use this email template for Hitech:

Hi this is Drone Elevations.

Please edit these photos as usual.

COLORS: The interior walls are [COLOR(S)]. Use the images located in the folder 'for color matching’ for matching the interior, FLOORS, cabinets, countertops and exterior colors.

1. IMAGE ####: Please make simulated twilight. Note: the black rectangles on the roof are solar panels not windows. The street light uses small LED lights like this (click here).
2. IMAGE ####: Make the backyard look as real as possible through the windows. Thank you.
3. IMAGE ####: Replace black floor mat under sink with flooring.
4. IMAGE ####: Please try to use IMAGE 5284 in the windows (if it looks natural).

1. OVERALL: DO NOT replace the sky. DO replace sky with clouds similar to this: CLICK HERE
2. OVERALL: DO straighten the photos and correct lens distortion. Please crop as little as possible.
3. OVERALL: Remove ALL wall cables/cords.
4. OVERALL: Remove ALL cars.
5. OVERALL: Please do not desaturate the color outside of windows.
6. OVERALL: Remove dark glows around the windows.
7. OVERALL: Be careful when isolating the toilets and other bathroom items.
8. OVERALL: Remove camera and photographer from mirrors and reflections.
