Meet Jolkan & Alexis
Jolkan and Alexis are Drone Elevation’s new power duo. This bilingual husband and wife team have been married for five years and are parents to three dogs. They are a true modern love story - as they met online, moved in, began working together, and got engaged all within 6 months.
“We get down to business!”
But speaking of business, Jolkan’s FAA Part 107 drone pilot certification is only one part of his talents. He is also a licensed Real Estate Agent, model home stager, and model home maintenance crew member. Additionally, Jolkan owns his own residential and commercial painting company.
When Jolkan and Alexis aren’t working, they are travel enthusiasts, motorcycle maniacs, mental health advocates, and drone devotees!
They take pride in producing quality work for their clients, along with maintaining and managing a love-centered relationship simultaneously. Their personal goal for this season in their life?
“We are building our own house before we’re 30!”
Alexis and Jolkan are no strangers to challenges and love taking on new opportunities.
Gary loves cameras, and appreciates the art of photography because:
"It is the only way I know how to stop time.”
At age sixteen, Gary got involved with cameras and that passion took him around the world. Attending photography school in Europe, Gary next earned an art degree and began trotting the world as a multilingual photojournalist.
“Photography is an acute form of expression for me. I never had any other jobs in my life except photography-related ones.”
This career took him into corporate and event photography, real estate and weddings, image capture from planes and helicopters, and eventually into the exciting world of aerial drone shoots. His motto?
“You've just got to be proficient at your craft, trust your abilities, and solve the problems on the fly.”
Gary is a FAA 107 certified commercial drone pilot whose images have been published in European magazines and newspapers in the USA. His work in Germany, the UK, the Nederlands and the US has become renowned, once even making the cover of the Der Spiegel, the European counterpart to Newsweek.
When Gary isn’t behind the lens of a camera, he likes to travel, be involved in tennis, archery, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and music.
