Non-member Agent Access with the Supra eKEY App

A Supra single access code is a temporary code that provides one-time access to a property lock box. The listing agent grants access through the eKEY app for a designated time window. To get a single access code, you can follow these steps:

1. Receive a text message from Supra with an invitation to set up access
2. Download the eKEY app and register
3. Complete the authorization
4. Open the eKEY app to view the access date, time window, and property notes
5. Tap Obtain key in the eKEY app
6. Enter your four-digit PIN
7. Open the lock box ​

You can contact your local Association/MLS/Board to confirm availability of single access keys. The listing agent must have the seller's permission to grant access to someone who is not a member of the Association/MLS/Board.
